What you’ll work on

Strengthen exposure and automated trading risk

Monitor and challenge exposure across trading activity through stress testing, limits and real-time oversight, ensuring positions remain within defined risk appetite. Strengthen automated trading controls through pre-trade limits, reconciliation, incident review and escalation so systems operate accurately and reliably at scale.

Guide strategic growth and change

Assess how new products, venues and strategies are reflected in the control framework. Translate complex, evolving regulatory requirements into practical, actionable decisions that enable disciplined growth.

Evolve risk methodology and resilience

Use risk data, reporting, analytics, AI and structured risk reviews to surface issues early and improve control effectiveness. Continuously refine how risk is identified, analysed and mitigated as trading systems, technology and markets become more complex.
