Spending your summer in London?

Join us for an invite-only evening at Sky Garden and meet people from across Optiver.

You’ll learn more about early-career opportunities across our Amsterdam and London offices, speak with colleagues working on the systems, strategies and decisions behind our trading, and get a closer look at how our teams collaborate in a fast-moving market environment.

The evening is designed to be informal and practical. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, understand what different roles involve, and get a better feel for the pace, collaboration and problem-solving that define life at Optiver.

Our recruiters will also be there throughout the evening to answer your questions, help you find the opportunity that best fits your interests, and explain what to expect from the recruitment process.

Who should apply?

This event is designed for STEM students graduating in 2026, 2027 or 2028 who are spending the summer in London and are curious about where a career in trading, research or technology could take them.

We’re particularly interested in students with strong quantitative, technical or problem-solving backgrounds, including those studying subjects such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, or related disciplines.

You may be:

• completing a summer internship;
• exploring graduate or internship opportunities;
• considering where your analytical or technical skills could take you next;
• already familiar with Optiver and looking to learn more.
