Our Talent Advisory team (Business Partners) ensure that we have the right strategies in place to develop, engage and retain our people. The team partners with the business and with our Talent Engagement and Experience (TEE) team to deliver positive business outcomes.
You’ll support the design, execution and continuous improvement of our performance management, coaching, remuneration, benefits and talent engagement strategies. You’ll be continuously researching and supporting to advise on best practices, employment legislation and design fit for purpose processes in partnership with the business.
What you need
Your growing experience in a HR Advisor or HR Business Partnering role gives you starting foundation and potential to build strong stakeholder relationships, understand and influence business outcomes and begin to coach quality conversations. Your budding experience across generalist HR has given you some exposure to supporting the development of people strategies and delivering results through these initiatives. If you are motivated, humble and a true team player, you’ll do well here.
