You’ll have end-to-end responsibility of the recruitment process, from the development of tactical recruitment strategies for niche roles, all the way through to the offer conversation. Our internal recruiters focus on their area of expertise and contribute to broader team goals. We’re collaborative, data-driven and big on taking personal responsibility for our areas of focus.
We are solving the problem of recruiting the talent that will push Optiver forward into the future, and we are given absolute freedom to drive initiatives that enable us in this effort. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to conduct behavioral assessments and design and manage interview stages so we are always improving our process. You’ll work closely with our internal Sourcing capability on execution of our targeted strategies and also with our business leaders to ensure our value proposition is embedded throughout the process. You’ll be constantly sharing knowledge with your teammates in recruitment to identify talent pools, improve processes and manage recruitment projects to build critical talent pipelines, that move our business forward.
What you need
You may have been an agency recruiter, working to find rare, niche talent with a proven record of high introduction-to-hire ratio for clients. You may have experience as an in-house recruiter, matching a deep understanding of business needs with a knack for finding and attracting exceptional talent. We don’t really mind if you are currently a senior or junior recruiter; we will tailor your development and support plan to allow you to maximise your impact as quickly as possible.
