You’ll be leading a team that is responsible for driving our tactical recruitment strategies across Australia and New Zealand to find niche student and graduate talent. You’ll be responsible for ensuring first class candidate experience all the way through to the offer conversations. We’re collaborative, data-driven and big on taking personal responsibility for our areas of focus. Operational efficiency and partnership with the business is critical to our success and you will be accountable for continually amplifying these areas of focus.
We are solving the problem of recruiting the talent that will push Optiver forward into the future, and we are given absolute freedom to drive initiatives that enable us in this effort. You will lead a team who are strategic partners to key stakeholders in the business in identifying top talent and, continually searching for opportunities to amplify our campus recruitment attraction tactics. You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Communications team and our business leaders to ensure our unique value proposition is embedded across our end-end recruitment process. You’ll be constantly sharing knowledge with your teammates in recruitment to identify talent pools, improve processes and manage recruitment projects to build our intern and graduate talent pipelines, that move our business forward.
What you need
You are truly passionate about campus recruitment with a ‘one team’ approach when collaborating with others across HR and the business to continuously improve. You may have lead small or large scale teams focused on campus recruitment campaigns, where operational excellence and execution was critical to your success. You have a command of data to support your decisions to improve our campaign effectiveness and you take pride in doing the little things well, constantly questioning how something can be better.
