You’ll have end-to-end responsibility for addressing our Risk Management and Control talent needs. These are core components of our business, so there’s plenty to do. Our internal recruiters focus on their area of expertise and contribute to broader team goals. We’re collaborative, data-driven and big on taking personal responsibility for our areas of focus. You’ll team up with senior stakeholders in the business to develop tactical recruitment strategies for niche roles and be the custodian of ensuring a candidate experience like no other, all the way through to the offer conversation.
We recruit the talent that will push Optiver forward. We drive the initiatives that help us identify, engage and onboard some unique skillsets. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to conduct behavioral assessments, design and manage interview stages. Continuous improvement is part of everything we do, so be prepared to iterate as your understanding of our needs grows. You’ll work closely with our Employer Brand team and our executive business leaders to refine our value proposition. You’ll be constantly sharing knowledge with your teammates to identify talent pools, collaborate on campaigns and manage projects to build high performing talent pipelines.
What you need
You may have experience as a senior in-house recruiter, matching a deep understanding of business needs with a knack for implementing strategies to find exceptional talent. You build rigour into you’re your recruitment processes to identify talent effectively and efficiently. Your proven record of partnering with senior stakeholders shows your willingness to strengthen their business with high performing talent. We don’t really mind if you have experience hiring across financial services or technology. Regardless of your history, we’ll tailor your development and support plan to maximise your impact as quickly as possible.
