Senior HR Data Analyst

Our Talent Operations team provides insights and data to the business to best engage, retain and empower our people. We want someone who’ll engage in strong, proactive analysis and provide actionable insights, while contributing to the technical skills of our current team.

Who you are
Your strong analytical mindset comes from having supported a division with strategic initiatives. Your skill in developing descriptive analytics and modelling is complemented by experience in data analytics software, such as Excel, VBA, Power BI, Python, Tableau or others. You can use data to form actionable conclusions and can articulate this to relevant stakeholders.  You provide meaningful, actionable insights along with providing the data and analysis. You’re a strong communicator and identify opportunities to collaborate with others. Experience in a HR team or with a HRIS (Human Resources Information System) would be great but isn’t essential. 

What you’ll do
You’ll come up with innovative solutions to business problems based on the data we have on hand, as well as make recommendations on what data we should collect to make further insights. You have the ability to collect, analyse and display the data in easily digestible ways for stakeholders. You’ll partner with HR and IT Business Intelligence teams to create valuable dashboards, reporting and analysis across the lifecycle of Recruitment and HR processes and systems. We also want you to bring your expertise in quantitative analysis to show us insights beyond the numbers. You’ll use our suite of tools and make recommendations if there are better ones you know about. You’ll have significant impact on the analysis of our remuneration frameworks, including benchmarking and cross-team analysis. You’ll also add your skills and experience to our internal team by upskilling others in the team.
