HR Reporting Analyst

As an HR Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role developing and improving our talent analytics. You will consult closely with talent partners and stakeholders to identify business requirements, create dashboards and reporting, and provide actionable insights. You will also act as a project manager to ensure the team’s priority initiatives move along in a fluid and fast-paced environment.  

What you’ll do:

  • ensuring talent systems and data tracking are set up to provide the necessary output to meet business data needs
  • responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on data configuration, organization and reporting processes and procedures
  • partner with the business to ensure talent data is providing actionable insights to meet business goals
  • regularly audit, update and organize talent data to avoid staleness and/or inaccuracies
  • create and maintain dashboards for local and global stakeholders
  • partner with other areas of the business such as UK HR and US Finance to ensure no gaps in the data shared between teams
  • regularly evaluate current system and data setup for improvements and potential new tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of data
  • effectively identify, track, prioritize and troubleshoot talent data issues when they arise
  • participate in various projects related to talent systems and data

What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of proven experience with HR/Recruiting talent data, including:
  • planning and building new reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • experience combining and analyzing data from one or more sources to develop insights and recommended next steps
  • presenting to and providing insights to leadership
  • familiarity with talent systems, ADP Workforce Now and Greenhouse a plus
  • project management experience
  • understanding of HR and Recruiting business processes
  • advanced Excel skills, knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau a plus
  • legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment authorization for this job opening
