What you will do:
As our Facility Supervisor Soft Services, you’ll be responsible for the essential operations of our office. You’ll work closely alongside facility and service departments including reception, security, cleaning, food and beverage, maintenance and property management to ensure everything operates smoothly. Your attention to detail and management skills will guarantee tasks are carried out to the highest standard.
In your day-to-day, you’ll report to our Facility Manager and will supervise the daily operations of the reception. You will also manage security, cleaning, catering and several of our preferred suppliers. You will also play a key role in procurement, workplace optimisation and office health and safety. Each day will carry new challenges and opportunities to make your mark on a leading global trading firm.

In terms of skillset, we’re looking for:
- An academic (HBO) degree, preferred Facility or Hotel Management
- 2-6 years of relevant soft services experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Dutch is not a requirement but a plus)
- Advanced computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good understanding of organizational processes
