Recruitment Coordinator

You will be on the front line of candidate experience, while driving operational efficiency for the team.  What you’ll do:

Optiver’s Recruitment team is looking for a highly driven Recruitment Coordinator to support the team’s recruitment strategies and processes. You will be on the front line of candidate experience, while driving operational efficiency for the team. We’re looking for a go-getter with a proven track record of creating inventive solutions to improve recruitment operations. Someone who will facilitate us to convert top talent.

  • Take pride in doing even the little things well
  • Don’t settle with what is, but continuously question if something could be better
  • Are a confident communicator and strong relationship builder

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing high volume candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system
  • Delivering a top-notch candidate experience
  • Evaluating tools for recruiting initiatives – stay up to date with trends
  • Document and optimising processes
  • Proactively problem solve
  • Help build and promote the Optiver brand

What you need:

  • Authorisation to work in the UK
  • A Cover Letter outlining your interest in the position and why
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Drive & motivation; ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial & dynamic environment
  • Concise and polished communication with strong follow-through
  • A strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • A self-starter and resourceful approach
  • Expertise in analysing and presenting data using MS Office tools, including Word and Excel (pivot tables are your go-to)
