The program is open to graduates applying to join Optiver in September 2022 and March 2023 – from any of our global offices. It runs over 4 weeks and includes all-expenses-paid travel, accommodation, meals, entertainment and learning materials. The training is a fully immersive crash course, covering everything from derivative pricing theory to execution dynamics. We’re going to equip you with all the knowledge needed to hit the ground running, in the home of the world’s first stock exchange.
