We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to complement our Compliance Department at Optiver. What you will do As a Compliance Officer you will aim at stimulating, monitoring and controlling the observation of laws, regulations, internal rules and ethical standards that are relevant to the integrity of Optiver. Optiver US LLC offers a comprehensive training program which includes extensive training and mentoring to learn the basic theories of the profession. New traders are taught about derivatives pricing and markets, position management, and arbitrage strategies. They are also extensively trained in relevant software, including position management and information systems. Every subject is explained in the classroom and applied in exercises and simulations.
New traders join a team on our electronic trading floor after 2-3 months of training.
