Process

How do I apply?
Simply click on the Apply Now button next to one of our career opportunities, fill in the application form and upload your CV and supporting documents. You will be emailed an automatic confirmation of receipt.

What happens after I apply?
Our HR team will review your application to see if you meet the selection criteria. You will then receive an email asking for more information, inviting you to one of our testing sessions or to an interview, or advising that your application has not been accepted.

The testing process
If you are applying for a Trader or IT position and have met our initial selection criteria, you will be invited our office for first-round testing.

For trading: you will be asked to complete three numerical tests which will assess your mental arithmetic. You will start with an 8-minute multiple-choice test. If you pass, you will be invited to complete the remaining tests and attend interviews. This will consist of a first-round interview with a member from Trading and HR. At the interview, both your behavioural and technical skills will be assessed. Final-round interviews will be scheduled shortly after the first interviews. If you are asked to attend a final-round interview, you will meet with our Head of Trading and senior members of the trading team.

For IT: you will be sent an online aptitude test. If you meet our benchmark you will be invited to our office to complete a written programming quiz which will assess your skills relevant to the role for which you have applied. If successful, you will be invited to attend interviews. The first interview, facilitated by our HR Department, will be behavioural-based. The second will be a technical interview hosted by a senior member from the relevant department.

The final decision
The interviewing team will make the final hiring decision. You will be notified of the outcome within five days of your final interview.
