We have been profitable from year one so unlike a start-up we don't have backers looking for an IPO payday. This enables us to maintain a stable, simple idea of where we want to be and constantly invest a large proportion of our profits to take us there. With this long term perspective comes a strong ethical policy and a calculated attitude to risks.
